CY102 series Model Diesel Engine General Situation

CY4102BZQ,BZLQ turbo charged diesel engine is developed on the base of CY4102BQ natural -aspirated diesel engine, adopting waste gas turbo charge technology, by improving design on intake and exhaust system, fuel supply system, combustion system,cooling system and Lbrication system,with Euro Il emission standard.In order to improve cold start performance,preheating system is designed and installed inside the cylinder.

CY4102BZQ model diesel engine parts and components have high exchangeability with those of 4102BQ series diesel engines, with good access to spare parts and easy maintenance. This version is a reinforced engine ideally for 2-3 ton trucks, high- grade intercity buses, Luxury tourist buses and also serves for other machineries by modification.

§Crankshaft material: 42CrMo,with nitriding surface treatment.

§ Injection pump: Bosch reinforced A type pump, with boost compensator

CY4102BZLQ Diesel Engine General Situation

Model CY4102BZLQ turbocharged diesel engine is developed on the base of CY4102BZQ diesel engine, adopting air to air inter-cooling technology, improving design on intake and exhaust system, fuel supply system, combustion system cooling system as well as lubrication system,with the emission standard of Euro II.

The engine bench test, reliability test, vehicle road performance test and the customer operation have proved this version engine has a reasonable structure design and advanced performance index. The critical parts such as cylinder block, crankshaft,piston etc.have adopted new structure, new manufacturing process,which greatly increase the strength and rigidity and have higher operation reliability.
