4D Diesel Engine General Situation

4D series  diesel engines are of low emission ,low fuel consumption, low noise and high reliability.

The engines adopt the designing technology of rear end gear transmission,overhead camshaft,trapezoidal block, integral main bearing cap,circle-beading with platform combustion chamber,which give good play to engines power and economic indexes.

4D series diesel engines adopt OHC technologyoverhead camshaft,which is the most mature advanced design in international diesel engines,in diesel engine design,there is a breakthrough to the traditional way by  locating the camshaft overhead instead of through the middle of the block. Overhead camshaft makes the injectors location and installation angle more close to cylinder  By using high precision bevel gears, the gear engagement rate and service life are greatly improved.with simple process and convenient installation.

Gear transmission can have more precise timing drive than tappet, push rod direct friction movement, More space in the engine front, which is convenient for engine dress up and vehicle application as well as customer individuation requirements.
