QD32 Diesel Engine General Situation

CYQD32 series diesel engines are new generation high quality diesel engines. This series engine consists of CYQD32(NA), CYQD32EGR , CYQD32T, CYQD32Ti 4 kinds diesel engines.

CYQD32 series diesel engines feature advanced performance index, reasonable structure design and reliable application. They are the ideal power for light duty trucks pick-ups and light buses as well.

Thick block wall design ,optimized shape and high strength crankshaft with 8- piece balance weight , which greatly reduces noise and vibration.

With high precision bevel gears, good gear engagement and long life, low noise.

2-layer steel sheet for rocker arm cover, with sound isolation cover in the engine front.

The second generation army vehicles have undergone 3 highs tests (high temperature, high humid and high cold)

In Jan.2004,one time successful start up under the condition of-41 °C high cold inTahe

Heilongjiang province.

In May.2004, humidity heat adaptability test was successfully done under the environment of temperature 42 °Cand humidity 85%.

In July,2004, high heat adaptability test got successful test under the condition of 43 °C

humidity35% in Gobi desert in Dunhang Gansu province.

In Aug.,2004, successful adaptability test was conducted on the Tanggula mountain,Qingzhang plateau with the altitude of 5231m.
