NGD3.0 Diesel Engine General Situation

NGD3.0 diesel engine is a 4-valve diesel engine with Euro III emission standard and a platform being upgraded to Euro IV and Euro V.

This diesel engine adopts Siemens high pressure common rail technology, the fuel injection pressure and timing are precisely controlled, which highly makes the engine give full play to the performance indexes.

NGD3.0 diesel engines are mainly applied to light-duty trucks ,off-road vehicles(SUV), pick-ups,light buses, multifunction vehiclesMPV,with broad market prospect.

NGD3.0 Diesel Engine Advantages

This diesel engine, with displacement 2.968L, adopts high pressure common rail system, under any speed conditions, the engine fuel injection can be precisely controlled and the high engine power is well performed.

With roller shaft rocker arm,cylinder block and cylinder head adopt finite element design,which assures the main components strength and rigidity.

Adopting world advanced design of 4-valve and overhead camshaft, variable swirl intake system and VNT turbocharger, with the platform being upgraded to Euro IV and Euro V emission

Mild combustion process, multi -stage injection obviously improve combustion noise. Adopting dual single chains greatly reduces transmission noise. Adopting balance shaft device highly reduces the vibration noise and the noise level is only 89.3(dBA) with the full speed 3800rpm at full load .
