In 2001,cooperating with domestic famous institution of high learning such as Tianjing University,Jilin University of technology and established a first post-doctor working station among the same industry
In 2003,introducing Nissan technology and producing QD32 diesel engine,which become the pioneer for diesel engine applied to high grade vehicles in China.
In 2004,developed China first unit diesel engine model 4D47 with OHC (overhead camshaft ) technology
In 2005,cooperating with Austrian AVL Consultation Company and developed a four-valve high pressure common rail diesel engine with Euro IV emission standard
In 2006,Cooperating with US International Truck and Engine Corporation,introducing Euro III NGD3.0 diesel engine with the platform being upgraded to Euro IV and V ,which fills up the gap for high grade 3L diesel power in China
With provincial level technical center and domestic first class product test lab
In 2007,established a R&D center in Shenyang, which greatly improve DCD's R&D ability and level.
TS16949 quality management system has passed the strict authentication by Swiss SGS Company, which becomes the constitution and general outline for DCD operations, it makes the work process more scientific, standardized, smooth and effective. Information construction ERP/CRM/PDM projects are successfully put into practice, and the information is realized run-through implementation from technology, production, sales service and finance etc. which enables DCD enterprise management completely to enter into a high-speed operationTPS lean production is carried forward steadily and QCD improvement spreads gradually from points to full scale, which provide scientific, practical management tools for DCD production and operation system.
