Introduction

One general manager and five vice general manager consist DCD the highest management, the education level is master, and average age is forty-five, and sub-managers are all with undergraduate course.  
DCD takes Outstanding behavior comes from excellent thought as managing concept carrying forward the enterprise spirit of Adaptability, Faithfulness, Quality and Surpass.  

In 2005, DCD started up ISO/TS16949 system and in 2006 passed the quality management authentication by Swiss SGS company and formally becomes a TS16949 registered company, internally TS16949 has becomes DCD's constitution, which makes DCD's management work more scientific, more standard and more effective.

On the other hand, in order to serve the customers better, DCD has first set up overseas offices, sent overseas business representatives in charge of managing regional market business in the district of Algeria, Vietnam, Kazakstan, Columbia. DCD is gradually establishing and perfecting overseas service supporting system.
